Edward Norton and the sunny side of whatever

As you can see, I am on a bit of an Edward Norton kick right now. I watched 'The Painted Veil' for the 3rd time yesterday. Obsessive. I bought that and the special edition of 'Fight Club' this last weekend. My movie-purchasing usually comes in waves of an actor, so it is no surprise that I did that, or that I bought 'The Illusionist' a couple of weekends ago. Good movies though, and Mr. Norton is an incredible actor who has definitely become more intriguing to watch in each movie he works in. In an case, I have been creating some icons for both 'Fight Club' and 'The Painted Veil', as well as the show 'The Dead Zone' on USA network, so look for those in the next couple of days.

For now, here are a couple of Jack Sparrow icons.

Collage ~ Harry Potter 7th Year

We are on the verge of a somewhat monumental event.... at least to all the kids (be it age or spirit) of the world who love Harry Potter. The 7th and final chapter of Harry's book journey will come about in a few weeks, and being one of those kids who grew up with Harry Potter - I was 11 when the fist book came out - I am just a bit excited to read and find out what is in store for our hero and his brave friends, as well as who J. K. Rowling killed off. Because of this I am posting a collage I did about a year ago, maybe two. I used pictures from the movies to create a collage for the 7th book, trying to convey the feeling of the drama which will inevitably transpire.

I suppose I should introduce this blog with an opening post. I am continually inspired by people, images, songs, movies, and the world around me, and sharing that inspiration with others is something I intend to do with Rhapsody Inspired. I hope that it is a meaningful endeavor for someone other than I. As such you can expect many things from this blog, such as collages and icons I create (usually of movies and characters, and various other muses), poems or stories I write or find on the internet that are interesting, as well as any other media, song, links, or whatever that I find to be intersting and worth sharing with others who may also enjoy my findings or creations.
